I am very excited to be your child's REACH teacher at Carver Elementary. I have been teaching for 23.5 years.  I graduated from Francis Marion with a degree in early childhood education. I am certified in elementary education and have a master's degree from Francis Marion in divergent learning. I am also GT endorsed. I grew up in Chesterfield County and worked at Cheraw Intermediate, teaching fourth grade for eight and a half years. In 2008, I moved to Florence and taught fourth grade at Greenwood Elementary for nine years. This year is my sixth year teaching in the REACH Gifted & Talented Program. I am teaching ELA & math to 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders.
