Welcome to REACH!

I am Mrs. Donnelly, the REACH teacher at Dewey L. Carter. I graduated from Florence-Darlington Technical College where I earned an Associate's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology. Additionally, I returned to school and completed my Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary Education at Coker College and a Master's degree in Educational Administration with +30 hours from the University of South Carolina. I have worked in education for 20 years. Prior to my assignment at Dewey L. Carter, I served in the following roles of teacher, assistant principal, and principal. My focus is to assist teachers and students in using a variety of instructional approaches and strategies to teach students. I believe that success is not only possible but attainable for all students.
