I graduated from Francis Marion College with a B.S. degree in psychology.  I was employed as a service coordinator at the Disabilities and Special Needs Board while working toward a master's degree in the area of learning disabilities (MAT-LD).  I later earned an add on certification in the area of moderate intellectual disabilities. 

My class is designed to foster independence and improve life skills as the students transition from the high school setting.  Functional academics are addressed to meet the needs of each individual student  in a nuturing environmnet.
