Promoting education, success, and self-confidence in our school community 

I am Sonya Fraiser-Yarborough, and I moved to South Carolina from Rochester, New York, in the summer of my Freshman year of high school.  I studied English and education at Francis Marion University and proceeded to work in the field of education at SFHS, ensuring that students had the tools and knowledge for success.  With encouragement from family and friends, I obtained a Master’s Degree in Special Education and completed all the coursework toward earning my Doctorate in Administration and Teacher Leadership.  I am currently in the dissertation phase of the Doctorate program.
