WELCOME to West Florence High School! This is my 22nd year teaching high school English and I am so excited to be part of your educational journey. I am a product of Florence School District One schools (including West Florence) as well as a graduate of Francis Marion University where I earned my B.A. in English - Liberal Arts with a minor in Psychology and the University of South Carolina where I earned my M.Ed. in Teaching. Go Knights, Patriots, and Gamecocks!
My husband and I are alumni of West Florence High School and we have three children; Identical twin sons and a daughter. Our sons are recent WFHS graduates attending USC and our daughter is a sophomore at WFHS. We also have 6 furbabies; 3 cats and 3 dogs. I am a fan of all sports and I love to read in my spare time.
