Hello, I am a fourth grade teacher at Carver Elementary School. I am an alumnus of Coker College. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education. I have also received my National Board Certification as a Middle Generalist. I am highly qualified to teach in the field of Elementary Education. I received the Teacher of the Year award for Carver in 2006. I was a first grade teacher’s assistant for three years before receiving my teaching degree. I taught kindergarten for two years. I also taught fifth grade at Savannah Grove Elementary School in 1999. Teaching fourth grade math is my favorite. I enjoy the age of the children and the content for this grade.
