My name is Abby Benthall.  You can call me Miss B. I am currently finishing up my Masters of Arts in Teaching in Learning Disabilities at Francis Marion University. I completed my Bachelors of Arts in Experimental Psychology at the University of South Carolina, “Forever to Thee”. This is my 1st year teaching, also my 1^st year teaching the secondary level at South Florence High School. I was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina and graduated from West Florence High School. I look forward to teaching at the Freshman Academy, all while helping guide students with finding their passions and aspirations for their post-secondary goals. I truly believe ALL children are capable of learning, and I believe building relationships is the first step of that process of teaching and learning.
