Titus M. Echols is a native of Timmonsville, South Carolina. In 2018, Titus graduated as the salutatorian at Timmonsville High School. He is a proud alumni of Winthrop University, where he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Educational Studies with a concentration on Elementary Education. After  graduating from college, Titus returned to Brockington Elementary school as a 5th grade teacher.
