Hello, I’m Chaniya King and I’m from Florence, SC. I am a graduate of Sneed middle school and West Florence High school where I was part of the school’s orchestra program my whole time there. I attended Winthrop University, earning my Bachelor of Arts in Music with a minor in community-based learning. The violin is my main instrument, but I also love playing many other instruments, like the viola and piano. This is my first year here, and I am excited about working with the students of Sneed Middle School learning the basics of piano and string orchestra instruments.
