Hello and Welcome!  

I am excited about starting my 1st year at Moore Middle School. This will be my 25th year of teaching.  I have taught 8th-grade science for the last 17 years.  I have also taught in both private and public schools for grades 5, 7, and 9.  I am a Winthrop University graduate certified in both elementary and middle-level science.  I am a National board certified science teacher in Early Adolescence Science (ages 10-15). 

I am new to this area but have lived in SC all my life (previously from Clover, SC).  Outside of school, I enjoy traveling, golfing with my husband, watching my daughter play college soccer (GO NGU!), going to church, reading a good book, and just spending time with family.  I am a mom to 6 kids and 4 grandkids, so family is big for me.
