I grew up in Buffalo, NY and attended the State University of New York; College at Geneseo where I earned my BA in History and Education.  I earned my Masters Degree in Education, with a focus on  Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment from Walden University.  I  moved to Florence in 2006 and  taught at J Paul Truluck and Ron E McNair Middle Schools in Lake City.  I also spent  6 years teaching in the IB Program at Williams. I also worked as the Testing Coordinator at South Florence High School.  I am returning to the classroom after a parenthood sabbatical and I am very excited to be back!
