Hi, I’m Ms. Amanda Strange.

I am so looking forward to working with and learning from the Class of 2030!! This year is going to be great! 

Before this year, I spent most of my life living and studying in Upstate New York. I earned my BA from Elmira College in 2009 and my Master’s of Inclusive Education from Nazareth College of Rochester in 2013.

At the start of the 2014 school year, I moved to El Dorado, Arkansas. I started teaching in a self-contained Special Education Kindergarten class.

After a whirlwind experience, a blessing in a new form opened up for the following five years, I led third graders in a mix of STEM, Math, Literacy Intervention, and so much more.

While in Arkansas, I had countless road trips and foodie adventures.

Presently...  I'm excited about my second year working in Florence, South Carolina as a Dawg. 

I learned so much about ELA and Social Studies with the class of two thousand and twenty-nine.
