Hi! My name is Anelisa Garcia Gerdes. I am from Caracas, Venezuela. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education from Jose Maria Vargas University in 1993. I am certified by The South Carolina State Department of Education to work as a teacher in the United States of America. I have been teaching for fifteen years and this is my seventh year working at Delmae teaching Spanish to kindergartners in the Language Immersion Program. I believe teaching little ones is priceless.

Mrs. Olivia Mendoza is the assistant in Ms. Garcia's classroom. She has a degree as an Industrial Engineer and a certification as a Parent Educator. Prior to joining the Language immersion family, she worked in the educational field at Poynor Daycare and the Parent Center Office.
