Welcome! My name is Coach Armstrong and I am the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at South Florence High School. This will be my 10th year as a teacher/coach and my 3rd year at South Florence. I have taught and coached at various schools in both North Carolina and South Carolina. I am originally from Sumter, SC and graduated from Sumter High School in 2009. After high school, I attended Presbyterian College and played football for the Bluehose for 4 years before graduating in 2013. I am very excited for this upcoming school year and I hope you are as well!
