Hello parents and students!

I am Ms. Chris, one of the 6th, 7th and 8th Grade Fine Arts Teachers at J. W. Moore Middle School. I began teaching at Moore in February of 2020, so some of you may know me already. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Interdisciplinary Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Education. I studied at Stockton University in Southern New Jersey. Currently, I am working on my Masters Degree in Art Education at Converse University. 

Generally, I am a pen and ink artist, though I also like to work in clay and printmaking. 3D projects are my favorite, so I try very hard to incorporate 3D into my classes, not just in the sculpture class. I am glad to see Moore's art program growing to better accommodate our students and offer more exciting art classes.
