Welcome to First Grade!  This is going to be such a wonderful and exciting school year, and I can’t wait to begin creating wonderful First Grade memories! 

I have dreamed of being a teacher since the moment my parents gave me my first piece of chalk and chalkboard.  Today, that same passion and excitement remains! 

In 2007, I graduated Francis Marion University with a B.S. in Early Childhood Education.  In 2009, I received a M. Ed. In Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University.

In order for every student to learn and be successful leaders for our future, I feel it is extremely important for them to feel valued.  Therefore, each school year, we work hard to build relationships within the classroom to help create a sense of family.
