My name is Mrs. Melissa Manning.

I’m originally from South Carolina but have lived in several places throughout the states and overseas. I began my career by serving my country in the United States Army, working in the communication field. After the Army, I was in the business field for twenty-two years. I was an adjunct business technology instructor at Florence-Darlington Technical College for six years and taught one year at Advantage Academy. This is my third year at South Florence High School. This year I will be teaching at South Florence Freshman Academy. 

My passion is teaching and learning, and I look forward to helping your child prepare for the future.
