ATTENTION, ALL RISING 7TH AND 8TH GRADE STUDENT-ATHLETES!!
All student-athletes participating in Sneed Middle School Athletics (for Conditioning, Practices, Tryouts, etc.) will be REQUIRED to create a PlanetHS account to upload all relevant information BEFORE participation.
PLEASE NOTE: For Physical Forms to be approved for the new sports year, they must be dated AFTER April 1st of the current school year.
PlanetHS provides a more efficient way to complete necessary athletic forms online (physical forms, etc.). This will ensure that your athlete is eligible to participate in Sneed Middle School Athletics. Here are a few reminders that will make the process easier:
- Parents AND students must create their own accounts. You must choose the school at which the students studies as the home school. If you already have an account, log in with your information.
- Parent AND student participation are necessary for the process to work properly. This means that the parent and athlete must fill out the information themselves.
- Parent AND student accounts MUST be linked to enable the student's ability to complete the forms.
- Check each box the athlete is interested in participating in.
