My name is Mr. Allen and I am thrilled to be your child’s Art teacher at Dewey L. Carter Elementary School.  I am originally from the small town of Silverton, Oregon but have been living in South Carolina since 1996.  I received my Bachelors of Science degree in Art Education from Francis Marion University in 2005.
