DURING THE SCHOOL CLOSURE, WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY HOMEBOUND/HOMEBASED SERVICES OR PROCESSING ANY NEW MEDICAL HOMEBOUND FORMS.
The school Principals/teachers have been notified that all Homebound students must be included in the eLearning protocol. Homebound students should log on to their Chromebooks each day to complete assignments. eLearning work is not work that will be made up once we are back in school. PreK-1st grade Homebound students who do not take home their district-issued Chromebooks should have received instructional packets at school on Friday. If a student did not receive a packet, they should contact their classroom teacher via email or notify their school so plans can be made to pick a packet up. Parents will need to contact the school directly about eLearning assignments, not the Homebound office.
Middle/High school Homebound students should continue to work on any missing assignments that were assigned prior to the school closure through their Google Classroom. (Secondary to eLearning assignments)
Homebound Teachers, if you have any completed paper assignments, please turn them in as soon as possible. Please HOLD any unfinished work until you can resume meeting again.
Please turn in ALL outstanding timesheets by Friday, March 20th so that I can get everything submitted to Payroll as soon as possible. If you have not been able to get logs signed, please send them to me anyway.
We are currenly operating on a normal schedule but that is subject to change.
