My name is Steve Welch, and I consider it a privilege and a blessing to have taught at REACH since 1997. Currently, I teach REACH students at Greenwood Elementary. I earned a BS degree in Elementary Education from Francis Marion University, and a Master of Technology in Education degree from Lesley University. I am married with two children, a daughter and a son.

In addition to my teaching responsibilities, I also coach boys soccer at Southside Middle School here in Florence.
