In 2005, a new piece of legislation was developed and initiated. It is called the Education and Economic Development Act (EEDA). It was developed in cooperation with our business leaders with the intent to help provide our students with education, support, and knowledge as they prepare for life after high school.

It is important that students begin thinking about career choices as early as possible. While we cannot expect them to know for sure what they "want to be when they grow up," we can encourage students to begin considering different career options.
