I have spent forty-one years in the food service industry. My experience covers many facets of the food service industry. From quick service to casual dining, fine dining to hospital health care, and full service catering, it has been a challenging and amazing career. The positions also included renovations, new startups, and estsblished chains like The Olive Garden. The culmination was the creation of Victors in 1998. This was a chance to use all the experience in management I had plus gain a new skill with being both owner and chef to start with.Having said I never wanted to work in a restaurant to doing so for 41 years, it's still an exciting career that still makes me smile every morning coming in. This position allows me to share my knowledge and passion for this industry that will give you a chance to go as far as you want.
