My name is Rosetta McElveen and I would like to welcome you and your family to our wonderful world of early learning!  I am excited to be your child's 4K child development teacher.

I was born and raised in Florence, South Carolina.  I am a graduate of Francis Marion University and Columbia College with a B.S degree in Early Childhood Education and a Master's degree in Divergent Learning.  I am also a National Board recipient and have been certified since 2010.  I've had the pleasure of teaching for Florence School District One for fourteen years having experience in Kindergarten, 1st grade and now 4K Child Development.   

I am delighted to work along side my assistant, Mrs. Causey, who brings a wealth of knowlege and love to the program.  We both believe that early learning sets the foundation for students' learning and that it is the beginning to a lifetime of achievements.

My name is Nancy Causey and I am Ms. McElveen's classroom assistant.  It is a joy to help in 4K at Woods Road Child Development Center.  I have a B.S. degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education as well as a Master's degree in Education from Francis Marion University.  I have been in the Darlington and Florence schools for twenty-nine years.

I am married to Dan Causey and we have one son, Daniel.
