Welcome to the fifth grade Language Immersion Team!  My name is Mrs. Smith and I am your ELA and Social Studies teacher.  I am a proud Delmae Dawg!  I have been teaching fifth grade for twenty-two years.  I am from Florida but have been in South Carolina for many years.   When I am not teaching, or doing school related business, I enjoy swimming, kayaking, tubing, and anything else dealing with water.  I love to be outside...but only when it is warm! When I have extra free time, I like to paint.  I am excited about this school year!  We are going to learn a lot and have fun while we do so!  I am looking forward to a fun and productive school year!
