Welcome to 8th grade English Language Arts! This year, I will be teaching ELA 8 and English 1 Honors to my 8th grade students! I am so excited!

My name is Bobbi Grant and I have been teaching for 15 years. I currently have my Master's Degree in Literacy Studies from Coker College. I have been married for 26 years and we have 3 children - CJ is 26, Jacob is 22 (married to Kelli), and GraceAnna is 17! In addition, we have two beautiful kitties named Grayson and Princess and 2 sweet puppies - Chloe and Lucy! I love to read and spend time with my family. I also enjoy baking and cooking for others, watching cooking shows, home improvement shows, and high school and college football and baseball. 

I encourage you to obtain ParentPortal/Powerschool access to be able to view your child's grades in all classes for all assignments at all times.  Google Classroom will be the primary portal for submitting work.  I enjoy getting to know my parents and students.
