My name is Tracy Smith.  Most of the students at McLaurin refer to me as T.Smith because I am not the  only Smith that teaches at Mclaurin.  I am a Montessori 4th- 5th grade Montessori teacher.  I am beginning my tenth year at McLaurin . In the past, I taught  first through third grade.    I  received my Master's Degree from Lesley University.  I enjoy teaching Montessori for many reasons. I love the fact that I am allowed to teach the same students for more than one year.  I also love the fact that the students are allowed to work at their own pace. I am looking forward to many more years at McLaurin.  

Mrs. Means is our classroom assistant. This is her  first  year working in our classroom. She is a vital part of our classroom.
