My name is Sarah S. Caulkins but everyone just calls me, Missy.  I have lived in Florence my entire life.  I was educated in Florence and received my BS and Master of Education degrees from Francis Marion College.  I received my Primary Montessori degree from Lander University.

I have been teaching since January, 1977, so you do the math!!  This will be my 23rd year teaching a primary Montessori class.  I love it!  No, I don't know when I'll retire.  I'll keep showing up as long as the district and my knees allow me to do so!

My name is Cheryl Dean.  I've been associated with McLaurin ever since my daughter attended school here 22 years ago.  She is now a teacher here at McLaurin!  I also worked in the Montessori infant and toddler room here at McLaurin for a few years.  I enjoy little children and look forward to meeting you all.
