Ms. Weiss received a B.S. in Early Childhood Education and a M.A. in Special Education from Winthrop University. She has 25 years of teaching experience.

She enjoys swimming, walking, reading novels, and spending time with her family.  Mrs. Weiss has been married for 27 years and has three amazing children with her husband, Jon.

She is looking forward to working with first grade and teaching Reading Recovery again this school year.
