Hello & Welcome to 3rd Grade!

My name is Cori Weatherford. This is is my 22nd year of teaching, and my fifth year at Dewey L. Carter. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from East Carolina University in 2001 and later earned my Master’s Degree in Education in 2006. I am married and mother to three boys who are ages 11 and 6 year old twins. I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, scrapbooking, and being on the water. I am very excited about a fresh start with a new school year and working with your children! As your child’s teacher, it is my goal to have an open line of communication and help your child grow to their fullest potential.
