Biography

Professional Tracy Carter

I have loved Art ever since I can remember.  I won my very first art competition in 4th grade while in the public schools of Baltimore, MD. I earned my Bachelor’s degree from Francis Marion University.  While at Francis Marion Univeristy my major was Art Education while my minor was Psychology. I loved the challenges while at FMU and making the Presidents list was my main goal each semester.  I love to see the spark in students when they enjoy a new technique or art media.  I have been teaching at Williams Middle School since 2002. I teach Visual Arts in the Middle Years International Baccalaureate Program.  I love going to museums and shopping online (mostly for art supplies and planners)
