    COVID Positive at-home test

    Not Vaccinated - Isolate and confirm positive result with a test performed by a healthcare provider

    Fully Vaccinated- Isolate and confirm positive result with a test performed by a healthcare provider

     

    COVID Positive healthcare provider test, symptoms present

    Not Vaccinated- Isolate for minimum of 10 days, longer if symptoms persist

    Fully Vaccinated - Isolate for minimum of 10 days, longer if symptoms persist

     

    COVID Positive healthcare provider test, no symptoms

    Not Vaccinated- Isolate for minimum of 10 days from the date of testing

    Fully Vaccinated - Isolate for minimum of 10 days from the date of testing

     

    Close contact of a positive person

    Not Vaccinated- Quarantine for 10 days. School nurses can provide options for shortened quarantine.

    Fully Vaccinated - No quarantine required

     

    Household contact of a positive person

    Not Vaccinated- IF positive person isolates, 10-day quarantine for household members starts after last day of contact with positive person

    Fully Vaccinated - No quarantine required

     

    Close contact of a close contact

    Not Vaccinated- No quarantine required

    Fully Vaccinated - No quarantine required
