I'm Ashley and I joined the South Florence High School family in 2011 as a Physical Science teacher, after 3 years of teaching in the private school setting. In the 2016 -2017 school year, I began teaching Biology I and Anatomy and Physiology.  Currently, I am teaching Earth Science, PLTW Human Body System, and Biology I.  I received a BS from Claflin University in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  Additionally, I have a Master’s in Secondary Education and a Master’s in Curriculum Instruction and Technology.  I was born and raised in Darlington County and now reside in Florence.
