Dance experience is not required but encouraged. The dance program consists of several genres with an emphasis on jazz, contemporary and hip hop.

Student should prepare:

• a 1 to 2 minute audition piece from a genre of your choice.
• Please submit your music to Miss Lewis in advance so that it can be compiled into a playlist.
• Students will be scored on a rubric (contact Miss Lewis for a copy at shelby.lewis@fsd1.org).
• Students will be selected based on auditions and references.
