The ESA or Every Student Succeeds Act is bases on Federal Law and used for compliance. Funds are from the Federal Government to the State and then to the Local Schools. ESA helps to ensure the success of all students and schools. Title One is divided in to 12 subheadings and the money is primarily used for ELA and Math.
