• Welcome to our "Sensorial Garden," a work in progress. We hope the garden will become a feast for the senses inviting our students to experience its beauty by sound, sight, smell, taste, and hearing.

    1st garden picture

This raised planter was created by one of our students and her grandfather. We plan to plant strawberry plants for the students to water, weed, and taste each Spring.

    2nd garden picture

Several wind chimes hang in our garden to give us music.

    3rd garden picture

Our eyes will see and our nose will smell tulips, marigolds, day lilies, and Gerber daises in the Spring.  Each fall we plan to plant pansies and mums.

    4th garden picture

We have added a bird bath and bird feeders.  Our garden is a work in progress.  We invite any suggestions or help during the year to help our students to learn from our outside environment.
