ENDANGERED SPECIES

Students will research an assigned animal that is on the endangered species list.  Through their research, we will conduct activities on adaptations and the predator-prey relationship.  Students will use this research to create a project in which they will cite sources and learn about copyright and plagiarism.  We will use various forms of technology through this investigation, and students will present their research to the class.  

PERSONAL FINANCE

During this unit of study, students will create an identify that will take them on a financial journey through life.  While on their journey, students will learn some valuable information that will lead them on the right path to being financially successful.  Students will learn how to write checks, learn the difference between debit and credit cards, create a household budget, and much more.
