Theater Arts Education
Theater is a form of expression and communication that is basic to human life. Theater involves response and expression through senses, imagination, and the emotional and cognitive dimensions of our being. Theater is often called the "coming together" and "synthesis" of all the arts. Students enrolled in theatre arts courses explore this collaborative art form. Upper level courses are encorporate both acting and directing skills for school and community audiences. Students assist with set and prop work and help make lighting and costume decisions.
