I have spent forty-one years in the foodservice industry. My experience covers many facets of the foodservice industry. From quick service to casual dining, fine dining to hospital health care, and full-service catering, it has been a challenging and amazing career. The positions also included renovations, new startups, and established chains like The Olive Garden. The culmination was the creation of Victor's in 1998. This was a chance to use all the experience in management I had, plus gain a new skill by being both owner and chef to start with. Having said I never wanted to work in a restaurant to do so for 41 years, it's still an exciting career that still makes me smile every morning coming in. This position allows me to share my knowledge and passion for this industry, which will give you a chance to go as far as you want. I would like to welcome our new students as well as our returning students to a new semester.
