Hi! I am Vanessa Harkless and I am very excited about being your child’s fourth-grade teacher this year! This is my 18th year teaching.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Early and Elementary Education from Coker College in Hartsville, SC.  I also received my Master's Degree in Administration from Cambridge College and received an endorsement from South Carolina's Read to Succeed. I LOVE watching Hallmark Christmas movies and enjoy shopping, traveling, going to the beach, binging on Netflix, and reading books for pleasure.  I also find great pleasure in spending as much time as I can with my family. I am very passionate about teaching and believe in setting high standards for my students to help them become their most successful selves.
